The EPHEC University organized the 5th “International Business Week” event from 18 to 22 March 2019 in Brussels. Our University has a good professional partneship with the institution. METU was given the opportunity to participate, and two of our international students, Mostafa Hawash and Ebtihal Elragas, represented METU. 

Dr. Zsuzsanna Széles, associate professor, provided professional assistance to our students guiding them to successful participation.

This event gave a great opportunity to test their knowledge and creativity in a culturally diverse, international environment. EPHEC Second Year Accounting BA students were competing in mixed groups with students from different partner institutions from Belgium and other European countries.

The theme was a business case study in collaboration with a typical Belgian brewery. The topic of the challenging case study was "How to help a Belgian brewery to develop its diversification strategy with innovative ideas."
