Please note that phone calls are answered during the following periods:

Until 10th July:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 13:00 – 17:00

From 11th July:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9:00 – 12:30
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 12:30 – 15:30

Different opening hours: on 22nd July our phone lines are closed due to system maintenance work.

  • Our team answers e-mails during the working hours on workdays
  • Please note that the answer time is within 2 workdays!

In the electronic question form you are required to provide the following data:

  • your name,
  • your Neptun code – please pay special attention to your correct Neptun code!
  • the relevant program concerning your question,
  • your official email address,
  • the subject and details of your question.


Personal consultation

We can only accept students if they make an appointment in advance. You can book an appointment at this link: https://www.metubudapest.hu/webbooking-en

Nagy Lajos kiraly street 1-9., Office F109:

Only the following types of administration can be arranged in person:

  • Student Card administration
  • Certificate handover: only in case you indicated in your request that you’d like to get the hard copy and your request is already accepted.
  • Degree certificate handover: only in case you received a notification that it is ready to be picked up at Student Information Centre

Opening hours:

Until 10th July:

  • Monday to Friday: 12:30 – 15:30

From 11th July:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 12:30 – 15:30
  • Wednesday and Thursday: Closed

Different opening hours:

  • On July 12, 2022, due to technical reasons, personal customer service will be available until 14:00
  • Closed on July 22, 2022 for system maintenance work


Rózsa street, Office A007:

Only the following types of administration can be arranged in person:

  • Student Card administration 
  • Certificate handover: only in case you indicated in your request that you’d like to get the hard copy and your request is already accepted. 

Degree certificates are available only at Nagy Lajos Campus, office F109.

Opening hours at the Rózsa utca campus:

Until 10th July:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: closed
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 12:30 – 15:30

From 11th July:

Please be advised that the Student Information Point at Rózsa street campus will be closed from 11th July 2022 and will reopen from 12th September 2022.

Student cards, student card stickers and previously requested certificates are available at Nagy Lajos street campus during the opening hours written above after making an appointment.
