During your studies, the Student Information Centre helps you with all study-related questions. Look for them regarding courses, tuition fee inquiries, request forms etc.
Here are our updated opening hours available from 6th July, 2020
Personal Consultation service is only available by booked appointment:
- Monday, Tuesday Friday: 9.00 am - 3.30 pm
- Wednesday, Thursday: 1.00 pm - 3.30 pm
In all cases of personal consultation, you will need to make an appointment at least a day before the requested time and date.

- What kind of study administrations can be arranged in person?
✔ Student Card administration: only collecting new student cards and stickers in case the student does not have the 2019/20 Autumn semester sticker
✔ Certifications: The collection of documents that you have previously requested in email, and you have also received a confirmation that it is ready to be picked up at Student Information Centre
✔ Degree handover: Only in case you received a notification that it is ready to be picked up at Student Information Centre
No other administration will be dealt with through personal consultation; if you have further requests, concerns, please enquire via phone (+36 1 273 2467) or by using the electronic question form.
Phone calls are answered during the following periods:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm
