METU at Heimtextil 2019
Heimtextil is Europe's largest home textile and design fair in Frankfurt. This year, our university was invited to present our work by leafleting. 17 students and 3 instructors participated in the fair in Germany. They had the opportuntiy to see the latest textile trends of the year, and could study the market's textile offer and demand. Our delegates could also participate in world-class presentations. The conference was a great opportunity for our students to network with the representative of textile companies and find work or internship placements.
The participation in the exhibition was supported by the NKA (National Cultural Fund of Hungary).
