MEDER Restaurant and Vegetable Garden
The main goal of my degree work was initiation of a food revolution in big cities. The primary element of which is the more conscious and more reasonable lifestyle education. The Meder Restaurant uses seasonal products from local small farms and seasonal ingredients produced in its own garden. Finally, the rest is broken down into a compost system - used also by the surrounding residents - thus creating a closed chain in the path of food.
