The study explores the problems related to the lack of cooperation in the Hungarian fashion community through the thoughts and experiences of the members of the community. Applying Grounded Theory and semi-structured thematic interviews, the thesis intends to answer the following question: how do the ever-present cooperation issues in the Hungarian society define the existence of a new, developing sector? Based on the results of the analysis, my research concludes that although the members have already realized the problems connected to the lack of cooperation, the process of solving those problems is still ahead of them. The thesis as a whole functions as a pilot project and serves as a guide to the problems of the fashion community.
