My diploma work is a sandbox game. It takes place in a northern forest where beavers are working on building their civilization – only if they were not slacking all day long. The player must find buildable trees, cut them down and build a dam out of them without the help of the other beavers. Primarily I was interested in the technical implementation. During the process of creation, I had an insight on the various parts of game development. Throughout my work I used Maya, 3ds Max, Mudbox, the Substance family and Unreal Engine.
