Janos Mizsei has been the master chef of Mák Bistro for 4 years. Even since his childhood he had a passion for cooking. He uses variety of eatable flowers to come up with new meals as well as using it as decoration. He finds tha way to 'hide' the flavors of micro-greens and flowers. This movie takes the audience on a journey into fine dining and how the food gets onto the plates from the farms. His thinking and his restaurant both represent the Scandinavian roots. Pure minimalism and clearness.
